Consistent print quality proves cleanliness of CSI’s corrugated board
It’s been a few months since Corrugated Synergies International LLC put its new corrugator in Santa Teresa into use. To produce dust-free, clean corrugated board and ensure consistent print quality, JKSP installed a Weducon Corrucleaner HE-90 in the corrugator.
During a recent visit to CSI’s new installation, we checked the Corrucleaner HE-90 for optimal results. Of course, we were curious to hear from CSI’s technical experts about their experience so far using the Corrucleaner. We wanted to know if the system met CSI’s expectations by delivering clean corrugated board.
Strict requirement for clean board to complement high-quality digital printing
Guy DeYoung, CSI’s General Manager, told us: “During the design stage of the project, we had a strict requirement for dust-free board to complement high-quality digital printing on our EFI Nozomi C18000.
