Factory-integrated Corrucleaner keeps Tricor’s BHS line clean and efficient

Dust and micro-particles lead to print defects, wear, and safety issues. That’s why Tricor Packaging & Logistics AG relies on a Corrucleaner® HE-90 system for consistent sheet cleanliness at the dry end of their 2.8-meter BHS corrugator.

Dust removal at the first major source: slitter/scorer

Weducon’s Corrucleaner is installed directly after the slitter/scorer section, where it removes dust and micro-particles at the first major source of contamination. By eliminating contaminants early in the process, the Corrucleaner reduces downtime, and supports high print quality in downstream converting. In addition to these immediate improvements in quality and productivity, the Corrucleaner dust extraction system provides a healthier and safer production environment.

Full integration with BHS corrugator

Tricor’s BHS corrugator, with an annual capacity of 140,000 tons, includes full PLC integration of the Corrucleaner system. All functions are operated via the BHS interface: from start/stop and cleaning cycles to real-time system monitoring and interlocks. The result: safe, efficient, and automated operation without added tasks for the operator.
